TERMS & CONDITIONS AND LIABILITY WAIVER

1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms & Conditions and Liability Waiver ("Terms") govern your use
of the rbingood website, application, and your participation in any
physical community events, cleanups, or activities ("Events") organized
by or facilitated through rbingood (represented by Ekaterina Mikholap,
NIF: PT 318589125, hereinafter "Organizer"). By registering for an
Event, making a donation, or using our platform, you acknowledge that
you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER
Participating in environmental cleanup events involves inherent physical
risks, including trips, falls, exposure to weather, handling hazardous
objects (glass, rusted metal), and interacting with wildlife/insects.
By participating, you explicitly agree that:
• You participate ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
• The Organizer, its partners, and volunteers shall NOT be held liable
for any bodily injury, illness, death, or property damage/loss
sustained during or travel to/from the Event.
• You waive any right to bring legal action against the Organizer.

3. MINORS AND PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
• Adults (18+): Independent participation is restricted to adults.
• Minors (Under 18): Strictly prohibited from participating
independently. They may only attend if accompanied by a parent/guardian.
• Parental Liability: Parents/guardians assume 100% absolute and
exclusive responsibility for the safety, behavior, health, and
supervision of their children at all times.

4. SAFETY AND PERSONAL EQUIPMENT
You are solely responsible for wearing appropriate clothing (closed-toe
shoes, sun protection). You agree to use protective gear when handling
waste and follow local safety guidelines.

5. DONATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS
• Voluntary Nature: All financial contributions via Stripe or other
methods are strictly voluntary to support the community.
• No Refund Policy: Donations are not purchases of commercial goods or
services. Under EU/PT law, all donations are final and non-refundable.

6. MEDIA & PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE
By participating, you grant rbingood the irrevocable right to photograph
and/or record video of you for marketing and promotional purposes
without compensation. If you do not wish to be photographed, notify the
coordinator BEFORE the Event begins.

7. DIGITAL CONDUCT & EVENT CHAT
Spam, commercial advertising, hate speech, harassment, illegal content,
or sharing sensitive personal information is strictly prohibited in our
chats. We reserve the right to ban users without warning (EU DSA).

8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
